Shipping Policy

• We deliver across Bengaluru and selected other locations in India. Please check with us at +91-8496868999 for confirmation.
• Delivery in Bengaluru takes 1 to 8 working days depending on the product. Some items may take 25–30 working days, which will be informed at the time of order.
• Shipping charges from our warehouse will apply unless stated otherwise.
• Unloading must be arranged by the customer unless a paid unloading service is requested before dispatch.
• Accurate shipping addresses are essential. Regal Ceramica is not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect address details.

Batch Variations

• Variations in color, texture, or size between different production batches of same manufacturer are normal, especially with full-body vitrified tiles and third-fired tiles.
• Place your entire order at once to avoid batch variation issues.

Terms of Service

• Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once placed.
• 2–3% damage in tiles is considered normal. These can be used skirting,etc.
• Damage over 3% must be reported immediately while the delivery vehicle is on-site. No complaints will be accepted after the vehicle leaves.
• Any quality concerns must be raised before laying the tiles. Once laid, no claim will be accepted.

• Usage of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Karnataka, India.
