Refund Policy

Exchange Policy

• If the item you received is broken, damaged, or defective, please notify us immediately at the time of delivery.
• Evidence of damage (more than 3% of total quantity) such as clear photos or videos is required.
• Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.
• If the wrong item has been delivered, notify us within 24 hours for return and replacement.
• Exchanges or replacements depend on product availability. If unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund.

 

Return/Exchange Shipping
