Exchange Policy

- Evidence of damage (more than 3% of total quantity) such as clear photos or videos is required.
- Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement of the damaged item.
- If the wrong item has been delivered, notify us within 24 hours for return and replacement.
- Exchanges or replacements depend on product availability. If unavailable, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund.
